1. Sponsor

The Raise a Glass to Thank an Operator monthly drawing (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by RenAIssance Labs, LLC, 2177 New Holland Road, Unit A, Reading, PA 19607 ("Sponsor"). Questions: info@askrandyai.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals worldwide who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if older, at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, including anywhere sweepstakes or digital-asset (cryptocurrency or NFT) prizes are prohibited or restricted. Entrants are responsible for making sure their participation is lawful where they live. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

3. Entry Periods

The Sweepstakes runs in monthly entry periods, starting November 1, 2026. Each entry period starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York) on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of that month. Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeper. Entries do not carry over from one entry period to the next.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. No social media posting required. Enter online at askrandyai.com/raise-a-glass in either of two ways:

  • Glass entry: submit the entry form with your name, email, location and the operator, plant or town you are thanking. Adding a link to a social media post is optional and does not change the entry count.
  • Toast entry: submit the Thank an Operator form with the operator’s name, plant or town, a message of thanks and your email (you may thank a specific operator or the whole team).

The online entry form is the free method of entry. Every entry is treated the same whether or not it includes a social post.

5. Entry Limits

Each glass entry and each toast entry is one (1) entry. Limit five (5) entries per person and email address per calendar day (Eastern Time), glass and toast entries combined. Entries over the daily limit are not accepted. Each person may use only one email address. Entries made using multiple emails or identities, scripts, bots or other automated means are void. Sponsor’s records decide entry counts.

6. Drawing and Odds

Within seven (7) days after each entry period ends, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during that period. Each eligible entry is one chance. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize

One prize package per entry period. Each monthly winner receives $50 in USDC (a U.S. dollar stablecoin) plus their choice of RandyCoin (RNDY) or a Randy NFT. The winner makes that choice when claiming the prize; if the winner does not choose within the claim period, Sponsor will award RandyCoin. Approximate retail value (ARV): $50, plus the RandyCoin or Randy NFT with no guaranteed market value (ARV of that portion: $0). Limit one prize per person per entry period. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including cash of equal value, if a prize cannot be awarded as described.

8. Digital Asset Disclosure

The prize is delivered as digital tokens. RandyCoin is a digital token for perks and community, not an investment. No promise of value or returns. RandyCoin and NFTs may have no market value, may not be exchangeable for cash, and any value may change or go to zero. To receive the prize, the winner must provide a compatible digital wallet address and is responsible for setting it up, keeping it secure, and any network fees. 9. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes on any prize, wherever they live. Sponsor may require tax forms (for example, IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN) before awarding a prize and will issue tax reporting where required by law.

10. Winner Notification and Claim

The potential winner will be notified by email. The potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of notification, provide a compatible wallet address, and complete any required eligibility confirmation, liability/publicity release (where lawful) and tax forms. Otherwise the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Undeliverable notifications may result in forfeiture.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, accepting a prize lets Sponsor use the winner’s first name, last initial, city/state or country, entry content and likeness for promotional purposes without further payment. Entries shown on the Wall of Glasses and in the Operator Spotlight are reviewed first and display only a first name and last initial.

12. Entry Content

By entering, you confirm your photo, caption, message and post are your own, do not violate anyone’s rights, and are appropriate. You give Sponsor a non-exclusive license to display them in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may remove any content and disqualify entries at its discretion.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected (name, email, location and entry content) is used to run the Sweepstakes and contact the winner. Email addresses are never shown publicly. See the RandyAI Privacy Policy.

14. Social Media Platforms

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social platform. You release those platforms from any liability. Direct questions to Sponsor, not the platforms. Posting is optional.

15. General Conditions and Limitations of Liability

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned (technical failure, fraud, or causes beyond Sponsor’s control), Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel it and award the prize from eligible entries received before that action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or technical malfunctions. To the extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from liability for injury, loss or damage from participating or from any prize.

16. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

17. Winners List

For the name of the winner of any entry period, email info@askrandyai.com or mail a request to RenAIssance Labs, LLC, 2177 New Holland Road, Unit A, Reading, PA 19607 within 90 days after that entry period ends.
